酒店有地下停車庫不知道什麼原因沒讓停，推薦去一公里以外停，太不方便，這樣的房間價格貴了，酒店大堂很小，唯一的就是去景點方便

房間位置不錯，但性價比很低。入住時大概十一點到的，明明看到旁邊的櫃枱都在給客人辦理入住，我們這邊一個看起來是阿拉伯的小哥看都不看我訂的房間直接説衹能三點辦理入住，害得我和老媽在大堂衞生間換衣服洗漱化粧。等這些弄完後差不多十二點多我又去另一個一直給辦理入住的老爺爺詢問，他直接就給我辦理了，心裡一萬個🦙飄過🙄。老爺爺很那耐心，但是速度實在太慢了，每個客人幾乎都要花半個多小時的時間辦入住，並且最後還收取了6歐多稅費不知道為什麼，退房時一個年輕小哥很奇怪我還另付了稅，直接退給我了。總之感覺這個酒店服務很亂，不太專業。房間也非常小，設施很一般，總之性價比非常低，不會再選擇😵💫

Decent hotel, nothing to complain about. Big comfy bed, nice basic room, convenient location not far from the city centre. Check in was a little late but we were able to leave our bags and go explore the city.

Het is een goed hotel, prima gelegen in de binnenstad. Prima voorzieningen. Het inchecken duurde alleen verschrikkelijk lang. Misschien een nieuw systeem, maar we hebben een half uur bij de balie gestaan. Geen excuses. Ook het uitchecken duurde ruim 10 minuten. Wel fijn was dat we in onze kamer konden, terwijl we te vroeg aankwamen. Als de wegwerkzaamheden voorbij zijn, nog fijner om er te komen!

As visitors we found it difficult to locate where to park our car because it is not clearly marked nor mentioned on the website. Lots of construction so streets cut off. No bottles of water in our rooms. No refrigerator. Parking cost 24€ even for quests who paid for 2 rooms! Some employees smile while they are serving you and others behave begrudgingly and have a frown on their face. Very regimented.
